Hunter Xmas Party
We have booked the Function Room at the Argenton Hotel for our Xmas party. This fits perfectly with the current NSW Covid-19 regulations
The function room has a separate entrance from the lower carpark and will have it's own Bar and Barperson as well as a Covid-19 marshal.
Following a Straw Poll on meal preferences dinner will be sit down with 2 courses of Entree and Main with alternate dishes served at the table. Anyone with special dietary requirements needs to highlight this on the booking form so special meals can be arranged.
Plates will be: ENTREE - Pumpkin & Feta Arincini OR Pork Belly Bits
MAIN - Grilled Chicken Supreme OR Black Angus Rump steak
The cost (after club sponsorship of $15 pp) will be $40 pp payable into the MX5 Club account.
A Payment Details form will be sent to you by email to confirm your registration.
Filling in the form and returning a copy of the transfer receipt will allow your BOOKING to be confirmed
The Xmas lights run will start from the Hotel after dinner at 8:30pm. Please use separate Event Link to book.
