Charity Lunch for CareFlight

The club's annual charity event to support Careflight, brings us just one kilometre south of the historic Wollombi village, to The Mulla Villa Guesthouse where you will be treated to some rustic Hunter hospitality in their renovated "Cow Shed".
Arrival will be 11 a.m. for lunch at 12:00 p.m., allowing plenty time for a pre-lunch drink and chat and fundraising to begin (with plenty of valuable prizes up for grabs).

Naturally, there will be raffles and games with all proceeds being donated to our worthy cause so come and join us for scrumptious food and fun, oh, and PRIZES and help raise money for CareFlight!!
The $35 pp cost includes a 2 course lunch and a donation. The lunch menu (attached) is gluten free and Mulla Villa can cater for vegeratarian, vegan and allergies, please advise your special dietary requirements in the "booking form". Your booking is not considered final until payment has been made.

Due to venue requirements, should you need to cancel we will be unable to provide a refund within 2 weeks of the event (i.e. after 13th May 2017).
Prizes:
To assist in the fundraising efforts we encourage members to donate prizes (however it is not mandatory). Should you wish to donate a prize please email the organisers of this event. To whet your appetite the webpage will be updated closer to the date with some of the donated prizes so check back and get your fundraising dollars ready for a worthy cause!
How to get to Mulla Villa Guesthouse - Cow Shed:
The entry to the "Cow Shed" is located 200 metres South of the main entry to Mulla Villa Guesthouse.
For those coming from the South up the Great North Road, the entry is on the left 1.6km north of Milsons Arm Road (large dirt truck stop on the right). The entry is just after a left hand bend, so please slow down when nearing the venue. (If you miss the Cow Shed entry, turn into the Mulla Villa Guesthouse carpark to do a U-turn)
