Fairground Follies
Cost: $33 to be paid on the day.
A minimum of 20 people is required for this run to go ahead (the facility is privately owned and self-funded).
Join us for a run up through Kangaroo Valley to Fairground Follies located in the beautiful Southern Highland town of Bowral.
Fairground Follies embraces fun with 100 year old carousels, interactive Folk Art, Mechanical Music, cultural music, and many more exhibits from 1840 through to 1950.
On arrival we will be served morning tea, consisting of lamingtons, cupcakes, tea and coffee, followed by an entertaining two-hour tour hosted by the owner, Craig.
Unfortunately, due to insurance the carousel will be spinning but no riding is permitted.
There is plenty of on-site parking for 10 cars, (park right up near the roller door and use all the space available). There is also ample on street parking out the front for any overspill.
After the tour we will enjoy lunch in the Highlands and then you can enjoy the remainder of the afternoon at your leisure.
