Every now and again, there are roads that are constructed for the sole purpose of enjoyment. Carriageways endowed with a plethora of corners and a lack of traffic often fall into this category for those of us within the roadster fraternity.

The Bells Line of Road, constructed in a time when suspension geometries were ponderous and horsepower modest, has had it's detractors in recent times. On the right day, in the right car, with the right company, it's a blast. This is your lucky day.

Our route to the Bells Line will take in some country back lanes through the likes of Glossodia, Freemans Reach and Tennyson. Before stopping for breakfast in the beautiful surrounds of Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens, we will make a comfort stop at Mount Irvine. After breakfast, options exist for a more leisurely drive back down the Bells Line to sample some of the local fresh produce or perhaps a spot of craft shopping as you meander down the Great Western Highway through the Blue Mountains.

Please note that this is a waypoint run and is graded H. Participants should familiarise themselves with the waypoint guidelines and run criteria before attending. More information can be found here: http://nsw.mx5.com.au/events/important-information
