Join us for a guided tour of the museum to be followed by lunch at Huskisson Hotel (12 mins walk from museum)

The guided tour has been booked for 11 am. Allow a few minutes for entry to museum

The Jervis Bay history gallery outlines the local history of the Jervis Bay area including the story of the Shoalhaven Aboriginal people and the early days of settlement when shipbuilding at Huskisson became the first major industry. Learn more about the numerous shipwrecks along the treacherous south coast and infamous ‘Wreck Bay and the urban and industrial development plans for Jervis Bay over the years.

For those in the “further south” group, meet at Heritage Bakery at traffic lights before Milton at 9 am for coffee, departing at 10am for the trip to Huskisson.
