Run to St Albans

Join us for a pleasant run to the Settlers Arms Inn, St Albans, to meet up with the Hunter Chapter.
Bring Table, Chairs and Picnic Lunch.
Runs details will be provided on the day. However, the run will take you to roads you may not have been on for some time. Stopping off at a local brewery and coffee shop (yes toilets), drive along side the Hawkesbury River (passengers get to see the views), cross a ferry for the final scenic run to St Albans.
Although the Settlers Inn have meals for the public, Hunter Chapter have booked in for lunch and with an estimated number of 30 - 40 attending, the pub may be rushed off their feet. Certainly you may try. You can certainly grab a coffee there. There is also a café close by.
So across the road is a delightful little park with shade, some table and chairs and we shall have our own 1st picnic of the year.
Competition: Who can bring the most interesting, healthy (?) and delightful looking sandwich or picnic lunch. A team will judge the sandwiches or picnic lunch. An exciting prize will be given for the best sandwiches or picnic lunch.
Yes you do get to eat your own.
Eftpos facilities are available if you wish to purchase lunch from the Inn.
