Kaos Kurri's Social Run to Dooralong Valley

13 April 2014 / Diann Miller

Twelve cars and their slaves met at McDonalds, Morisset. After a few days of heavy rain it was great to see the sun.  We had three new members taking part in our run Sandra & Keith Harvey along with also Stephen O’Donoghue. I also had the pleasure of the company of Pat Stewart in my car. Pat is our visiting member of a MX-5 Club in the North of England.

We headed out along Mandalong Road then through Yarramalong Valley. The scenery is very special not to forget the winding roads.

We had morning tea at Mangrove Dam.

It was nice to have a chat with our new members.

Rowan Morgan our youngest member spotted a Goanna. Lots of photos were taken.

We then zoomed zoomed along the back roads down to Gosford West then onto the Tall Timbers Hotel at Ourimbah for lunch. It was packed with Ukulele Players. A good meal great company and free entertainment. We showed our age as we sang along to the songs they were playing.

They meet there once a month, in a way just like us. People with a passion our enjoying themselves.

All in all another great day. Thanks to our run leaders Karl "Kaos Kurri"and Julie for all your efforts.
