Rollands Plains Run and Christmas Lunch

Seven MX-5s departed the Rivermark Cafe in Port Macquarie for our pre Christmas lunch run to Rollands Plains.

Driving north up the Pacific Highway, we turned off at Telegraph Point and travelled west on the winding back roads through lush dairy farming country to the small village of Rollands Plains.

After a short break and photo opportunity, we returned to the Pacific Highway via a different route, then south to Port Macquarie for lunch at the Rivermark Café.

A long lunch was enjoyed by 13 members and friends capping off a great year of runs and social activity for the Mid North Coast Chapter.

Thanks to Peter Rodgers our Chapter Convenor for his efforts this year, and our chapter sponsors including Port Macquarie Mazda and Rivermark Café.

During lunch, Peter presented chapter awards to Mike Walkden-‐Brown for organizing our popular overnight weekend runs, and Kevin and Carole Attrill for the highest number of runs attended.

Our lunch host Ian Caldwell received his 5 year membership pin, and Greg Cox was presented with a plaque recognising him as Mid North Coast Member Of The Year.

We look forward to gathering again in 2016 for our first run in January.
