Annual General Meeting & Awards Presentation
Join us for the Club's Annual General Meeting in the Willandra Room at Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club. This is your opportunity to hear what has been happening in the management of your club and to have your say in it's future.
A roaming canape meal will be provided for MX-5 Club of NSW members - see menu below. One complimentary round of drinks will be provided from the bar (beer, wine, soft drinks). Additional drinks will be available from the bar at individual expense.
Canape Menu: Satay Chicken Skewers, Wagyu beef slider w cheese & bush tomato relish in plain bun, Salt & Pepper Calamari w Lime Coriander Aioli, Assorted gourmet mini pizza, Arabic lamb kofta on skewer with mint yoghurt, Asian vegetable spring rolls, Assorted gourmet quiche, Antipasto vegetable skewers, Creamy blue swimmer crab with zesty cream fresh and chervil on blinis base. Tea and coffee will be available in the room until the meeting finishes.
The meeting will be shared via Zoom video conference for those who are unable to make the journey. The Zoom link will be shared via email to those who have registered. If you have not registered and wish to attend via Zoom, please email membership@mx5.com.au.

Awards Presentation
Membership Tenure Awards will be presented to those members who have reached the milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of continuous membership, in thanks for their commitment to our Club. A complete list of the recipients is HERE.
The MXV Award will be presented to any members who have achieved the milestone of 1015 cumulative MOTY points since 2013. Only nine members have been presented this award until now. Another five members will be added to the list at this meeting.
The President's Award will be presented to a worthy recipient in recognition of Extraordinary Service to the Mazda MX-5 Club of NSW.
