Club Track Day & Interstate Challenge - Winton
Update 8th Nov 2016: The entry list for this track day is now full. If you are a member of the MX-5 club in your state and you want to particpate, please contact the Event Secretary "eventsec@mx5.com.au" and provide your phone number, email addresss, and MX-5 club member number, and indicate that you want to be added to the standby list for the 26/11/2016 track day. It is important you indicate the event date, as we have multiple events open currently. You will be contacted if a spot becomes available.
The MX-5 Club of NSW is organising this track day at Winton Raceway in Victoria as the 2nd round of our 2016/2017 Club Championship. Double points in the MX-5 Club of NSW championship will be on offer, so it could be a good chance to get a jump on your championship competition!
The MX-5 Club of Victoria & Tasmania will also be participating, and this will be the 2016 NSW/Vic Interstate Challenge event between the MX-5 Clubs from NSW and Victoria.
We will be competing on the Winton Club Circuit (aka short) in the morning, and the National Circuit (aka long) in the afternoon. Two circuits in one day!

Ladies Group
Unfortunately we don't have enough ladies drivers entered to form a dedicated ladies group, so we will be mixing you in with the guys.
Pre Track Day Dinner
A pre-event dinner is being organised in Benalla on Friday 25th Nov from 7pm. An RSVP is essential.
Entering this event
If you are a member of the MX-5 Club of NSW, and you have entered an MX-5 Club track day before, you can entire online via the link below.
If you are not a member of the MX-5 Club of NSW, or you are a member but have not entered for an MX-5 Club track day before, you must contact the event secretary so you can be registered with the online entry system. Please send an email to "eventsec@mx5.com.au", with your name, address, phone number and email address. If you are a MX-5 Club of NSW member, also please include your membership number. The event secretary will then email back to with details on how you can enter the event.
Accommodation
Winton is a very small town with almost no acomodation. Benalla is only 10 minutes away, with plenty of motels and other options, so most club members I have spoken with have booked accomodation in Benalla.
While it is up to each person ot organise their accommodation, if anyone is looking to find some share accommodation, or has a booking they want to share, then if you contact me I will put you all in contact with other club members who are also looking. My contact details are above.
