The Jinba Ittai Karting Challenge will be hotly contested again to determine which Chapter will take home the trophy for 2017. It's the RPM Chapter's turn to host the final round of the Challenge this year. Tired of seeing other Chapters win this converted prize? Come and watch RPM as it hopes to win its first title in the events history.

UPDATE 27/9/2017

For all those attending the Go Kart challenge (competing or spectating), the venue and time has now changed to the Butterfly Farm Indy Track. Unfortunately the Hunter Chapter will not be participating this year. Graham Fletcher has the names of those competing on the day.

The cost for competitors will be $60 plus $5 for licence. This will be 2 x 15 minute sessions.

The dress for those competing is Long Pants (Jeans/Tracksuit), Long Sleeve Top and fully enclosed lace up shoes. Helmets are supplied, however you may wish to bring your own.

Suggest that you BYO morning tea and drinks.

IT WOULD BE GREAT TO SEE AS MANY SPECTATORS/SUPPORTERS OF ALL THE CHAPTERS ATTEND TO CHEER YOUR TEAM ON.

Individual Chapters will hold their own qualifying rounds with 3 male and 3 female members being chosen to represent their chapter at the finale which will be held on 1^st October 2017.

Chapter cheer squads are always welcome and encouraged to attend to support their respective Chapter contenders. BYO pom-poms!

Scoring System

Best two timed laps (average) will decide the Individual Award for Male and Individual Award for Female categories. 

If it’s a draw on points (Individual and Club) - the winner will be determined on best times

 Points earned for your chapter for each category are as follows

1^st – 24, 2^nd – 21, 3^rd – 18, 4^th – 15, 5^th – 12, 6^th – 10, 7^th – 8, 8^th – 6, 9^th – 4, 10^th – 3, 11^th – 2, 12^th – 1

Presentation of awards will follow the final race at the venue, then all participants and support crews are invited to Walacha Hotel for suitable refreshments following this event.
