Overnight run to Canberra War Memorial
After meeting at the Hawkesbury Information Centre, opposite the RAAF base, we will travel west along the Bells Line of Road and the Great Western Highway to McDonalds at Kelso for our second pick-up and a pit stop.
Then onto Gunning on some great MX5 roads for lunch and then to our Canberra accommodation.
Sunday morning after breakfast, it is off to the War Memorial. Sessions are 10am to 12noon, 12noon to 2pm and 2pm to 4pm. We are planning to book 20 people for the 10am slot.
Jacqui and Ron have booked 10 rooms at the Ramada Diplomat Hotel for $155.00 per room. (A very good price for this hotel) Please contact Jacqui directly as Jacqui is holding these room in her own name.
Sunday Lunch will be at the Lake George Hotel, Bungenadore.
There will be a run home for those who would like to join us.
