Annual General Meeting & Awards Presentation
Join us for the Club's Annual General Meeting. This is your opportunity to hear what has been happening in the management of your club and to have your say in it's future. Committee nomination forms, proxy forms, Agenda, draft 2014 AGM Minutes are posted below.
The AGM will be held at the Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club, upstairs in the Denistone Room. A light meal will be provided for MX-5 Club of NSW members (RSVP required):
- Turkish bread and Gourmet Wraps with Assorted Fillings
- Rice Paper Prawn Rolls
- California Sushi Rolls
- Salmon Sushi Rolls
- Fresh Fruit and Cheese Platter
- Tea and Percolated Coffee
Larger meals can be purchased from the bistro, if desired. Drinks will be available from the bar downstairs at individual expense.
FREE STUFF! Every financial club member who attends the AGM will receive a special keyring, celebrating our Club's 25th Anniversary (except those who already got one at the 25th Anniversary Lunch). See the photo at the top of this page for a sample. You know you want one!
Membership Tenure Awards will be presented to those members who have reached the milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of continuous membership, in thanks for their commitment to our Club.
