Bright Ideas (Falling Leaf 2023)
Join us for a relaxed four days away starting with a canter through the Snowy Mtns and Murray Valley to take in the glory of The Ovens Valley in Autumn.
We'll stay a few nights in Bright, a delightful little town in a gorgeous part of our country. There’s plenty to see and do in and around the town - parks, galleries, restaurants, wineries, pubs, breweries – and if that’s not enough, a short zip up the road will take you to Mt Buffalo, Beechworth, Myrtleford, Yakandandah where there’s more of everything!
We’ll sort out some visits to nearby food and wine places of interest but there will be plenty of opportunity to do your own thing too.
Tentative accommodation has been reserved in the centre of Bright and is limited to 10 rooms.
The run will be limited to 10 cars based on a first-in basis.
Run Grade: This is a long and hard run, suitable for confident drivers. It features some great driving roads (narrow and twisty) and some narrow country roads through beautiful scenery, but the trips down and back are each about 500 km.
