GETTING TO THE MOUNTAIN
Several Chapters are hosting overnight runs, see here for details:
A day run will leave from Eastern Creek on Sunday morning (details to come).
If you wish to make your own way, see the map shown on above-left.
PARADE LAP
We will meet at McPhillamy Park - Brock's Skyline at 10.30am for marshalling, then follow our 1989 NAs for a parade lap around the Mount Panorama circuit. The parade lap will be conducted at or below the 60km/h speed limit.
PHOTOGRAPHERS
Mel Keller (Club Torque) will be assembling a crack team of photographers to be stationed at the best vantage points around the circuit. If you would like to join the photo shoot team, please contact Mel at publications@mx5.com.au by January 31, 2019.
ANNIVERSARY LUNCH
A buffet lunch will commence at 12 noon at the Bathurst RSL. The main entrance to the club is from 114 Rankin Street, Bathurst with the rear car park accessed via Gallipoli Lane. A portion of the $30 per head lunch fee will be donated to our Club charity CareFlight. Please fill in the attached form to complete your lunch booking.
