It has two secure garages, outdoor CCTV surveillance, new amenities and is fully self contained just five minutes' walk to Belmore Park, restaurants, clubs, cinema and the arts and cathedral precincts. Built in 1872 The Coach House on Cartwright is now a prestige home set up for two people. The upstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed underneath a skylight to watch the stars, as well as an ensuite and study nook. A chef's kitchen and BBQ are next to a vine covered courtyard. We are a Mazda family without an MX-5!
