20th Anniversary of Motorsport Dinner

This will ensure that you receive your $10 lunch voucher for the cafe (for financial MX-5 Club members only). Note that spectators are NOT eligible for a free polo shirt but they will be available to purchase on the day ($20 each).
Motorsport has always been an important key to the success of the MX-5 Club of NSW, with our club members involved in motorsport since the beginning in 1990. Our first club track day that we organised entirely on our own was held at Wakefield Park on 20th January 1997. It is now 20 years since that major step for our club and it's time to celebrate!
Celebration Dinner
Dinner at the Southern Star Inn will be a three course meal with alternate drop. Please note that the venue can cater for any special dietary need and your requirements should be noted on the booking form.
The dinner is subsidised for members of the MX-5 Club of NSW - the cost is $40pp for members and $60pp for non-members.

Chicken tikka skewers with mint chutney
Tempura fish with soy and ginger
Mini spinach and mushroom quiche
Main:
Grilled barramundi served with a fresh green pepper sauce

Aged beef sirloin steak with red wine jus

Special Gift
A commemorative long-sleeve polo shirt will be available free-of-charge for each club member attending the Saturday dinner and/or competing/officiating at the Sunday club track day. The shirts are premium pre-shrunk 100% cotton (black), suitable for competitor use at club track days, and have a 50+ UPF rating. They have the club logo on the front-left chest and a commemorative large graphic on the back.
