Annual General Meeting & Awards Presentation 2018
Join us for the Club's Annual General Meeting. This is your opportunity to hear what has been happening in the management of your club and to have your say in it's future.
The Agenda, 2017 AGM Minutes, Committee nomination form, and proxy form are posted below.
The AGM will be held at the Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club, upstairs in the Willandra Room. A light meal will be provided for MX-5 Club of NSW members (RSVP required by Monday 15 October).
Larger meals can be purchased from the bistro, if desired. Drinks will be available from the bar at individual expense.
Membership Tenure Awards will be presented to those members who have reached the milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 years of continuous membership, in thanks for their commitment to our Club. List of award recipients.
The President's Award will be presented to a worthy recipient in recognition of Extraordinary Service to the Mazda MX-5 Club of NSW.
