Annual General Meeting & Awards Presentation
Join us for the Club's Annual General Meeting in the Hermitage Room at Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club. This is your opportunity to hear what has been happening in the management of your club and to have your say in it's future.
Canape Dinner
A canape meal will be provided for MX-5 Club of NSW members - see menu below. One complimentary round of drinks will be provided from the bar (beer, wine, soft drinks). Additional drinks will be available from the bar at individual expense.
Canape Menu: slow cooked jerk lamb rump with crustini; wagyu beef slider, cheese & bush tomato relish in plain bun; mushroom arancini with truffle oil; tandoori chicken skewers; roast duck tortilla wraps; vietnamese vegetarian rice paper roll. Tea and coffee will be available in the room until the meeting finishes.
Video Conference
The meeting will be shared via Google Meet video conference for those who are unable to make the journey. The Google Meet link will be shared via email to those who have registered. No special software or account is necessary - just click the link to open the video conference in your internet browser. Note that video conference attendees are eligible to vote.

Awards Presentation
Membership Tenure Awards will be presented to those members who have reached the milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and 35 years of continuous membership, in thanks for their commitment to our Club. A complete list of the recipients will be posted soon.
The MXV Award will be presented to any members who have achieved the milestone of 1015 cumulative MOTY points since 2013. Only 19 members have been presented this award until now. Several more members will be added to the list at this meeting.
Service Awards will be presented to recognise the long-term contribution of members to the management of the Club through their service on the Committee.
The President's Award will be presented to a worthy recipient in recognition of Extraordinary Service to the Mazda MX-5 Club of NSW.
