Casino Run
The aim of the run is to experience all the fun and adventure of an awesome drive on some of the best country roads around. There will be plenty of opportunities to take photos and do a bit of sightseeing. Come and be part of the best run on our calendar.
If you'll be attending, please contact Cath on 0431 450 960 on or before 17th May 2019 so we can secure table bookings for meals etc.
Accommodation
Our base will be at the River Park Motor Inn, 123 Centre Street, Casino, Ph: 1800 666 229. 12 rooms have been reserved at a rate of $190 for two nights. Avoid disappointment by booking ahead to get your room on or before Friday 17th May 2019. Mention that you're with the "MX-5 Club of NSW - Mid North Coast Chapter" as rooms have been set aside for us.
Itinerary
DAY 1: 25th May 2019
- Meet at "Puma Service Centre", Kempsey by 8.30am for an 8:45am departure.
- Drive to Bellingen for morning tea at the "Old Butter Factory".
- Bellingen - Grafton via Armidale Road.
- Grafton - Casino via Lawrence.
- Lunch at "Lawrence Tavern".
- Arrive for 1st overnight stay at the "River Park Motor Inn".
- Dinner at "Hotel Cecil
DAY 2: 26th May 2019
- Depart from Casino @ 7:00am and head to Kyogle.
- Kyogle - Nimbin. (Breakfast @ "Pot Of Gold" Café in Nimbin)
- Nimbin - Advancetown.
- Lunch @ "The View Café", Russ Hinze Dam Complex.
- Russ Hinze Dam - Beechmont Road.
- Beechmont Road - Canungra.
- Canungra via Mount Lindesay Hwy - Kyogle.
- Return to base.
- Dinner and presentation at "Tatts Hotel" Bistro.
- 2nd overnight stay at "River Park Motor Inn".
DAY 3: 27th May 2019
- Heading home via Tabulam, Drake, Tenterfield, Glen Innes, Bolivia, Deepwater, Glen Innes, Guyra, Ebor, Dorrigo & Bellingen where the run will officially end.
