Christmas in July with a Birthday Celebration
Join us for a Christmas in July Run to Gundaroo to meet up with the Canberra Chapter and help celebrate their 20th Anniversary.
A straight drive down the Hume? Forget that! The Illawarra Chapter run will take the adventurous route via Nowra, Nerriga and Bungendore. We will stop along the way for a quick BYO morning tea. We plan to arrive at Gundaroo by noon for a 12:30pm lunch.
The celebratory lunch will be held in the Stone Room at Grazing at Gundaroo, cnr. of Cork & Harp Streets, Gundaroo. Be tempted with a superb three course lunch, which showcases the best seasonal produce, including herbs and vegetables from the restaurant's own garden.
A $20 per head subsidy will apply to all financial members attending. A number of official guests will be invited to attend, and a celebratory cake will be provided to help mark the occasion.
Costs for attending the function are:
- Financial members - $60 per person
- Non-financial members and guests - $80 per person
Seats are limited so early commitment to attend is highly recommended! Cut-off for RSVPs is 24 June 2016.
RSVPs: By email to Tony & Iris McDonald – they will log RSVPs in the order of receipt to ensure "first in, best dressed". On receipt of your RSVP, you will be provided with bank account details to enable electronic payment.
