Flavours of Mudgee 2022
What started in 2012 as a small wine and food event attracting about 4,000 people is now one of New South Wales’ longest running wine and food festivals. Flavours has continued to grow, as evidenced by the 12,000 people who filled the Mudgee CBD in 2019 to get a taste of local produce from more than 75 stallholders.
Covid unfortunately killed off the planned festivals in 2020 and 2021 and with it the runs Ken had planned. Now it’s back on, and interest is high.
Ken's plans will get us to Mudgee the day before the actual festival and provide plenty of opportunity for catching up on some of the other features of the region (there are plenty of restaurants, wineries, and historic villages to visit, as well as specialty stores of all sorts, and – best of all – two breweries).
Ken has secured 10 rooms at the Wanderlight Motor Inn for this group (all rooms are on the ground floor with walk-in showers).
This run is strictly limited due to accommodation requirements so get in early if you don’t want to be disappointed.
More to come soon.
