Temora Aviation Museum’s October Aircraft Showcase
8th to 10th October 2021
Join the South Coast MX5 Chapter for a run to the Temora Aviation Museum’s October Aircraft Showcase.
Please note that numbers have to be finalised by the end of August.
The October Aircraft Showcase will feature all serviceable aircraft from Temora in the RAAF Heritage collection. Some visiting aircraft may also attend.
At Temora you can get closer to the action as you witness a themed selection of Australia’s ex-military flying history come alive.
Aircraft Showcase promises to deliver a full day of entertainment for all generations, including:
- Flying displays demonstrating the aircraft’s capabilities
- Informative commentary and music
- Guided tour of static exhibitions
- Interviews with pilots and veterans
- Children’s activities and playground
- Engineering workshop tour
- Pilot meet and greet
The Museum’s Mess Hall serves freshly cooked food and a selection of cold refreshments. Barista coffee is also available and you are also welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy in the shaded seating or grassed areas.

Showcase Admission Prices (Single Day)
Adults: $25.00
Adults (over 65 years): $20.00
Note: 30th Anniversary Picnic: The MX5 Club's 30th anniversary picnic is to be held south west of Sydney on 10 October, 2021. Members attending the Temora run can also attend the Anniversary Picnic by departing Temora after breakfast. The run to Sydney for the picnic will take about 4 hours.
