Hunter Chapter 20th Anniversary Celebration

The 20^th anniversary celebration for our chapter is upon us. Join in the celebration to be held at Nelson Bay Golf Club (the destination for the first official chapter run) on the 10^th of October.

Lunch will consist of 2 courses plus celebratory cake; food allergies will be accommodated, indicate when making the booking.

Entrée and Main to be selected when making the booking

****Bookings for the event must be in by Midnight of the 23^rd of September****

 

 Cost for the event is $55 per member, $75 per non-member.

Menu:

Entree - dumplings - chicken soy sesame dipping sauce and spring onions

             - tempura prawns bang-bang sauce and noodle salad

            - slow cooked pork cheeks and bed of braised lentils

            - chicken liver pate with corn relish croutons and apple salad

Main  - Roast chicken breast potato puree green beans and mushroom and thyme sauce

           - pork loin pumpkin puree apple relish spinach and jus

           - Barramundi fillet hand cut chips pea puree with lemon a d herb aioli

           - 6 hour slow cooked beef cheek paris mash glazed carrots with beetroot relish and jus

Other  - food allergies will be accomodated by the restaurant when requirements confirmed

           - childrens meals available on request
