Hunter Chapter Convenors BBQ
Join us on the 10th of January for our annual Hunter Convenors BBQ Run
Meeting at Morisset Mcdonalds, we will twist and wind our way along the fast and flowing picturesque Yarramalong Valley road, through somersby to our morning tea/coffee break at the Waterfall Cafe, Mt Penang Gardens.
** For any central coast members who wish to meet us at the Waterfall Cafe, we will be arriving there at about 9:30am
After refreshments and a rest, the only MX-5 way back to our next destination is via the same route in reverse, we may even be tempted by a short jaunt on the Old Pacific Highway. Oh who am I kidding, we'll definately be doing a part of the Old Pacific Highway!!
Making our way north around the base of the Watagans National Park through Freeman's Waterhole we end up at our destination for our BBQ lunch and refreshments at our convenors house.
A BBQ lunch will be at the convenors house which will be subsidised for members ($15pp for non members)
After lunch we will have the presentation of the Hunter Chapter Member of the Year and Hunter Chapter New Member of the Year Awards.
**As this event is subsidised/catered, we require your RSVP by 6th January**
Food and soft drinks will be supplied by the club. BYO "other" drinks
If your a wiz in the kitchen and wish to bring some food of your own for all to share (salads, dessert items etc) please let us know asap.
