Day 1: Tuesday 27 May

7:00am: Depart from the Heritage Bakery, Milton (Heritage Bakery to Tathra: 2hrs 49mins, 203km). This is the longest section of the run down. If needed, there are plenty of Rest Stops along the route to Tathra.
10:00am - 10:45am: Morning tea. Wild Orchid Cafe, Tathra. (Tathra to Cann River: 2hr, 160km) https://www.wildorchidtathra
12:45 - 1:00pm: Lunch at Cann River Bakery or Snaffle (Cann River to Lakes Entrance: 1hr 35 mins 134km)
3:00pm: Arrive at accommodation. Check in & free time
6:00pm: Dinner at the Central Hotel
Day 2 Wednesday 28 May
Purchase tickets for the afternoon cruise before we leave on todays run. Office opens at 9:00am.
9:30am: Scenic route to Metung.
10:00 -10:45am: Morning tea in Bruthen at Tambo Valley Honey.

11:15am: Metung. Explore the town at your leisure. Treat yourself to a snack or an early lunch at a place of your choosing before leaving to drive back to Lakes Entrance for our afternoon cruise.
12:40am: Meet at designated spot for the drive back to Central Hotel.

1:40pm boarding for 2:00pm cruise: 2.5 hour Peels cruise on the Thunderbird. Cost $54 for Seniors. Tea/coffee, alcohol and snacks are available on board. Purchase tickets in the morning before any other activities.

Day 3 Thursday 29 May
9:00am: Drive to Paynesville

10:50/11:10am: Raymond Island. Raymond Island is possibly the only place in Australia where you can walk 2 kilometres and be guaranteed to see many koalas in the wild. It is a flat walking trail only – you cannot drive around the trail; however, you can drive the streets and see koalas. The Koala Trail starts as soon as you disembark the ferry and finishes back at it. There are more than 200 Koalas on the Island.
