From Windsor we will travel through the Hawkesbury and Hill district to Galston. Then we will follow the beautiful Galston Gorge Road emerging at Hornsby Heights. Following the Pacific Highway north we will cross the Hawksbury Bridge with expansive views of the river, before we arrive for lunch at the Mooney Mooney Club. The trip is some 67 kilometres. Ideal for a midweek run and you are not far off the freeway if you choose.
