Mt Wilson Australia Day Picnic
This is a wonderful way to spend a relaxed day in a cool and tranquil part of the mountains. Bring your Aussie fare - tables and chairs, blankets and bubbles - Morning tea will be provided , bring your own coffee, tea, milk or billy -so come relax and get ready for a great Australia Day with friends. There are BBQ's, but wood is not supplied so if you want to BBQ you need to bring your own fuel. The Windyridge Gardens are open and have an entry fee of $12.50 if anyone wants to wander through this beautiful part of the world, take the Aerogard, i got eaten alive. We are leaving from the Hawkesbury Information Centre at 9.00 but if you live up near Mt Wilson and would like to meet us there we should arrive a little after 10.00am.
