This run will be restricted to 8 cars only  (2 spots already filled)

 Day 1  Thursday November 21st Milton to Bermagui Approx 175 Km 2hr30m driving plus stops.

On leaving Milton we will head to Batemans Bay and on to a coffee stop at Mossy Point Boat Ramp arriving about 11-15am. We will leave around 11-45am and pass through Moruya to arrive at a planned lunch stop in Narooma around 12-45pm. After a leisurely lunch we will depart Narooma for Tilba Tilba for a wander around and some retail therapy for the ladies. Anticipate arriving in Bermagui around 4-00pm. Dinner that evening can be either a BBQ at the Motel, Fish and Chips on the Wharf, The Golf Club or the hotel.

Day 2 Friday November 22nd Bermagui to Jindabyne Approx 290Km hrs driving plus stops.

Leaving Bermagui at 9-00am we will head for Candelo via Tathra and Merimbula for morning tea arriving approx 10-30am. Leaving Candelo around 11-00am we will travel via Wyndham and the challenging Mount Darragh Road to Bombala for lunch at Cosmo Cafe at 1-00pm. Departing around 2pm we will travel via the Monaro Highway and the Snowy River Way to Dalgety where we will make a short stop before we arrive at our accommodation for the next 2 nights at The Jindy Inn Motel 18 Clyde Street Jindabyne Tel 0264561957

The accommodation is a mix of rooms on various levels ranging from $150 to $160 per night less a negotiated 10% discount, 6 Garden rooms and 2 Standard rooms have been set aside in the name of the club. When booking please ensure that you mention MX5 Club – South Coast chapter

Day 3 Saturday November 23rd Jindabyne to Jindabyne 400km 6hrs driving plus stops.

As the route is both mountainous and twisty plus being subject to slow sections and closures in places due to Snowy 2 construction this will be carried out as a waypoint run. A circular route is planned which will will take us to Berridale, Adaminaby, Cabramurra, Khancoban, Geehi, Tom Groggin, Thredbo, Charlottes Pass (time permitting) and back to Jindabyne. Stops for morning tea, lunch and afternoon refreshments will naturally be made at the most appropriate time and place which are still to be decided dependant on road conditions. Waypoint instructions and directions will be made available prior to the run commencing.

As this will be a hard and long day of driving dinner will be arranged locally in Jindabyne.

Day 4  Sunday November 24th Jindabyne to Gundagai 315Km 4.5 hrs driving plus stops.

Leaving Jindabyne we will travel to Corryong for a morning tea stop, then on via Paddy's River to Tumbarumba where we will make a stop for lunch at the Tumba Hotel for something substantial or alternatively at the Bakery, opposite for something lighter.. Our final destination for the day will be Gundagai.

We will have a final end of run farewell / celebration dinner in the evening at a location to be decided

Day 5 Monday November 25th Gundagai to Home

The plan is for those people who want to make a quick trip home to use the freeway and thence onto wherever. For the more relaxed amongst us and with time to spare we plan to go Gundagai to Harden, Boorowa, Crookwell and Goulburn, stopping at Boorowa for morning tea and Goulburn for lunch. Travel home from Goulburn is your own choice and at your own pace after having a full 5 days of zoom-zooming around the coast and mountains.
