Come and celebrate Australia Day 2018 at Cordeaux Dam with a BBQ Picnic where we will meet up with club members from the Illawarra, RPM and Canberra Chapters. Meeting time will be 8:30am for a 9:00am departure. Our aim is to arrive at Cordeaux Dam at the 10:00am opening so that we can maximise our chances of getting a good picnic shelter!
We will start at Heathcote McDonalds and take the old highway south to Bulli Tops. We will then turn north west for Appin and south west to Broughton Pass. Finally at Wilton, we'll jump onto Picton Road for the run to Cordeaux Dam.
At Cordeaux Dam, we will be meeting up with club members from other Chapters. The cricket bat will surely emerge for a friendly game of hit & giggle. Who knows, we may even see a reprise of the Wacky Races that proved to be a hit at the 25th Anniversary Celebration.
Free electric BBQs are provided at the dam, but BYO everything else.
