Three Date Option Run - The Great Release.

This run will be held on 3 different dates to allow as many members as possible to attend a run. Enjoy a long awaited drive in your MX-5 on some of our favourite roads and share a BYO picnic lunch with some great company.

We have been given the go ahead to get out and about in small groups so let’s go.  Pack your picnic basket bring along your table and chairs or blanket and join us on our first post COVID - 19 run. The run will start in Albion Park Rail, head up Macquarie Pass, down Jamberoo Mountain Road and finish at Killalea Reserve for our BYO picnic lunch.

Things to be aware of and remember:-

At present each run is limited to 10 attendees including the leader. Allocation to runs will be done as fairly as possible for the 3 dates. Please make yourself familiar with the COVID -19 procedure requirements that are outlined on the Google booking form attached.

Use the Google booking form attached to select your available dates. This will allow as many members as possible to do a run. This will also be used as the ‘sign on’ registration form for club records.

You must book for any of the runs using the Google booking form attached. If you do not register to attend the run, then you will not be able to attend the run. Only members who are sent a confirmation email of their registration from the organiser will be able to participate.  Due to COVID-19 restrictions, it is no longer acceptable for  members who are unregistered to just turn up at the meeting point expecting to be able to join the run.

A copy of the ‘run sheet’ will be emailed to you before your allocated date.
