Saturday:

Leaving Raymond Terrace we will travel on Thunderbolts Way to Gloucester for morning tea in the park or at any local café. From Gloucester we will travel to Walcha for lunch at a local café. Leaving Walcha we will travel East to view the Apsley falls in the Oxley Wild Rivers National Park. We will then travel via the back roads to Uralla then on to Dangers falls also in the Oxley Wild Rivers National Park. , Then onto Armidale and our accommodation at Cotswold Gardens Motor Inn. Tonight is Yulefest which is provided in the motel dining room.

Sunday:

We travel East of Armidale to Hillgrove (view waterfalls and remainder of a thriving gold mining village) then on to Wollomombi falls one of the longest water falls in Australia. We will then return to Walcha via Armidale for lunch then back home via Thunderbolts Way.

Arrival / depart:
We will arrive at Cotswold Gardens about 4.00pm Saturday afternoon and leave approximatelly 9.00am Sunday morning.

We have initially blocked out 12 rooms.

After registering for the event please contact Cotswold Gardens telephone 67728222 individually and book and pay for your room quoting (MX-5 Club Event). The rate quoted is $149.00 for Deluxe Queen rooms and full breakfast extra $25.00 per person if required.

Dinner:
Dinner @ $80.00 per person will be paid as a group.

Barry and Jenny Luttrell will pay for all the meals and will require attendees to transfer funds to their account prior to the payment being made. Account details will be sent to individuals who book on the event.

Special menu for the dinner will be determined

Alcohol and drinks paid for by participants on their room account.
Please come to dinner suitably attired for a Yulefest event.
