Drivers's Run

Six cars met at North Nowra’s boat ramp for our first drivers run of 2026. We (all the boys) had a great run up Kangaroo Valley and Barrangarry Mountain, the weather was pleasant so the tops were down. We stopped for coffee in Bundanoon before heading on via Penrose and Tallong where we joined the Hume Hwy for a short stretch at Marulan. Just after Marulan we took Jerrara road through Bungonia then on to the Oallen Ford road towards Braidwood. We joined the Nerriga road for the run to Braidwood and lunch at the Braidwood Bakery. Along the way we managed the obligatory stretch of dirt road which was in reasonable condition.

After lunch we made our way back to the coast via the Kings Hwy and the Clyde mountain. We went our separate ways at Batemans Bay.

Another great drivers run, 402 km in just over 5 hrs with great company. Thanks Keith for organising a fantastic day.
