HUNTER CHAPTER RUN TO THE ANCHOR CAFÉ
What a cracker of a day for a drive down through the Central Coast a little
chilly early on but the sun was very welcome, at approximately 11 MX-5’s
turned up at Morrisett McDonalds at the appointed time of 10:00am for a run
briefing from Bob Pimm our run leaders Marlene & Ray led us out along
Mandalong Rd to Jilliby down the Hue Hue Rd out through Yarramalong Rd and
up Bumble Hill before pausing for a comfort stop at
Pioneer Park Kulnura.
From there it was a cruise down the Wisemans Ferry Rd to the Anchor Café
parking was premium but we all found somewhere to park we dined
overlooking the river sitting in very pleasant sunshine until it was time to go all
in all a good day out.
