Mount Annan to Camden Valley

Mount Annan to the Inn.

Helen and John brought us all together for their maiden run celebrating with our classic morning tea at the Settlers.

Heading south into a beautiful top-down day we enjoyed the great run down Silverdale Road to the Oaks. Turning left at the roundabout into Burragorang Road through Mount Hunter and left at the Camden Bypass very soon we were parked at The Mount Annan Botanical Gardens. Light cloud made a brief walk through the surrounding area a pleasant half-hour break. Back into the cars we took a short run up to the lookout for a photo opportunity.

Before we knew it we were heading back North along Narellan Road and onto the Camden Bypass and The Camden Valley Inn perfectly timed for a great lunch. If you haven’t been to this great venue it is very popular with great atmosphere and matching food made even better with a weekday, two for one senior’s special on the whole menu. Well worth the trip for that alone.

The crew got together for their usual long catch up, always enjoyable for everyone.

Thanks Helen and John for a great time and the masterful run instructions. Thanks to everyone for making it into the usual fun time.
