Re-scheduled Driver training day

With COVID-19, we can't run Driver Training days for the foreseeable future.

So the 30th August Driver Training day has been moved, and re-purposed as a replacement for the track day we cancelled back on 24th May.

The new track day (confusingly called round 4) is scheduled for 18th October at the Pheasant Wood circuit.

This neatly plugs a big hole we had around that time with no track days in October and the cancellation of the annual Alfa 12 Hour at Winton Raceway.
