A quick thank you to everyone for your involvement and contributions to the Club over the year.

Congratulations once again to our Members of the Year, Tony and Iris McDonald, New Member of the Year, Allan Caldwell and our winner of the special Convenor’s Award, Rhys Howse.

We’ve had a good year, and have some great things planned for 2024. We will start the year with Coffee & Lies on Saturday 6 January, and our first run will be Norm’s traditional Five Hills on Sunday 14 January. There’s a rerun of last year’s wonderful Honeysuckle Creek picnic on Saturday 20 January, and on 26 January we can join other chapters for a picnic up at Cataract Dam. (Details on the website.)

We have posted an outline of the Canberra Chapter 2024 Events Program on the website – it’s in the Canberra Chapter News. Have a look, print it off, stick it on your fridge and pencil in the dates in your diary! Further details of all runs will be posted as soon as we can.

Have a safe and happy Christmas and New Year break. If you’re driving, please take care. If you’re sticking around, enjoy whatever you’re doing.
