The Trading Post, Laguna.

Seven cars left McDonalds Windsor bound for a destination most people have driven past on their way to or from Wollombi but never actually stopped in, The Trading Post Laguna.
I’ve been there a couple of times with the Breakfast Club so at our RPM 2024 planning meeting last year I suggested this run.
Before crossing the Hawkesbury River by ferry we pulled up at the Wisemans Ferry Park Reserve for a comfort stop and morning tea. Gillian’s pikelets were very popular and also Gary's no bake chocolate slice.
Refreshed we headed off again along the narrow and windy Wisemans Ferry Road and then onto George Downs Drive which everyone enjoyed eventually leading us to our venue for lunch.
The beautiful and spacious balcony area was a great setting for lunch – the succulent beef burgers seemed to be the most ordered and were enjoyed by all.
After a feed and many conversations we all headed home our separate ways, many surprised and a little disappointed they’d driven past this great spot in the past.
