1990 Special Edition BRG MX5 (No. 83) $20,000
My MX5 is in great condition and drives really well. It has been registered, always garaged in the A.C.T. and serviced regularly. I have owned this vehicle since 1995 and am reluctantly now selling as I am now a ‘towing man’ and no longer a ‘convertible man’.
There are 2 marks on exterior front panels (as seen in photos if you look hard). The air conditioner compressor no longer operates. The Interior is in great condition for its age. Vinyl is in good condition also.

Audio Tech Blue tooth Stereo/radio;
Tan leather Momo steering wheel;
Sports carbon fibre air intake;
Engine demobiliser;
Soft Top roof replaced in 2016 with a glass rear window version (inc new rain rail) replacing the original clear plastic window.Original components:
Wheels x 4 plus space saver spare. Back leather Momo steering wheel (not fitted), Air filter (not fitted). Rear tan tonneau cover, Original BRG Hardtop with original MX5 Hardtop hoist for storage, ignition key sets x 2, owners manual, electric windows and the original 1990 sales brochure!The front tyres 18560R14 DUNLOP SP SPORT LM705 82H fitted on 03/02/22. Rear tyres are in good servicable condition.
Mechanically in excellent condition, log book serviced by the book with NRMA. Full vehicle sales, service history paperwork from new is available.
In 2011 I had the car ‘done up’ by MX5 Mania in Sydney to bring its condition up to a more ‘enjoyable’ experience. The following work was done:
1.8 Engine (98Kw) from NA8 MX5 1995 model with 55,000 kms installed with full conversion kit compliance/paperwork.
Current 1.8 Engine Mileage is 111,774 klms.
Body Mileage 248,774 klms i.e. original speedometer - not replaced with new motor,
All engine bay hoses and thermostat replaced.
New SS Radiator;
New Clutch kit;
New F&R Shock absorbers;
Mania intake carbon fibre;
Front Chassis brace;
SS intake Grille;
Full body respray.This vehicle has not been in an accident.
It will be sold registered and with road worthy certificate if required.
Test drivers will be accompanied, and drivers licence details will need to be provided. I am not interested in entertaining tyre kickers….!
