Annual General Meeting & Awards Presentation
Join us for the Club's Annual General Meeting. This is your opportunity to hear what has been happening in the management of your club and to have your say in it's future. Committee nomination forms, proxy forms, Agenda, draft 2012 AGM Minutes and proposed Constitution amendments are linked below.
The AGM will be held this year at the ARDC Garage Cafe at Sydney Motorsport Park, Eastern Creek. "The Garage" is located immediately above the pit lane garages at the western end nearest the carpark / marshalling area. A light meal of finger food and wraps will be provided for MX-5 Club of NSW members, with drinks and espresso coffee available from the bar at individual expense.
Since the Track Presentation is already out of the way, instead, we will have something new for you all! We are introducing Membership Tenure Awards where members who have reached the milestones of 5 years, 10 years, 15 years and 20 years of continuous membership will receive a small gift in thanks for their commitment to our Club.
