Annual General Meeting & Awards Presentation
Join us for the Club's Annual General Meeting in the Denistone Room at Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club. This is your opportunity to hear what has been happening in the management of your club and to have your say in it's future.
The AGM will be held via face-to-face meeting for the first time since 2019. A light meal will be provided for MX-5 Club of NSW members. Larger meals can be purchased from the bistro, if desired. Drinks will be available from the bar at individual expense. We will attempt to share the meeting via Zoom video conference for those who are unable to make the journey.

Special Business:
A Constitutional Review has been completed to ensure compliance with the current version of the Associations Incorporation Act 2009 No 7, approved by the Committee, and is tabled for approval by Members at this meeting.

Awards Presentation
Membership Tenure Awards will be presented to those members who have reached the milestones of 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 years of continuous membership, in thanks for their commitment to our Club. A complete list of the recipients is available at this link.
The MXV Award will be presented to any members who have achieved the milestone of 1015 MOTY points since 2013. Only four members have received this award so far. Another five members will be added to the list at this meeting.
The President's Award will be presented to a worthy recipient in recognition of Extraordinary Service to the Mazda MX-5 Club of NSW.
