Australia Day Run to Avon Dam
Following the hugely successful Australia Day Picnic last year, we will repeating it again with a run from the Shire, along Seacliff Bridge and then back up the mountains to Avon Dam for a BBQ picnic. A fabulous little drive of about 90km and 1.5hr.
At Avon Dam, we will meet up with club members from the Illawarra Chapter and RPM Chapter for a BBQ picnic.
Free electric BBQs are provided at the dam, but BYO everything else.
An Australia Day BBQ and run has been proposed, from Haywards Bay to Cordeaux Dam for a BBQ or picnic. Meeting time would be 9am for a 9.25am departure to ensure we’re there at the opening time of 10 am, so we can get one of the huts.
