Capital Country Cruise
Day 1 – 208k’s - Join us for an excellent run though the Highlands to Marulan for lunch at Meridian Café, (listed in SMH Good Food Guide) then on to Capital Country with an overnight stay at the Carrington Hotel in quaint Bungendore – 10 queen rooms have been set aside for MX-5 Club @ $149 each. There are also single and family options. Call Edwina on 6238 1044 to book your own room. A 20% deposit will be required. We may be able to secure additional rooms if we know numbers well in advance.
There will be time in the afternoon to browse the shops in the village. Our dinner Saturday evening will be at Café Woodworks – rated No.1 in Bungendore on Tripadvisor.
Day 2 – 287k’s approx. - After breakfast on Sunday 30 March we will head off via Murrumbateman and Dalton to Gunning for lunch – then via Cullerin and backroads to Goulburn for afternoon tea, then home.
Rated as a long run – ‘L’.
Depending on numbers I am considering holding this under ‘waypoint’ guidelines.
