DAY 1   The CTW for the Sydney Chapter run starts from Richmond with a dash over the mountains on the BLOR to Lithgow then up the Castlereagh Highway to Ilford to turn off for Rylstone and the Lue Road to Mudgee.  From Mudgee the route heads down to Hill End and the historic Royal Hotel for a late lunch.  After a pub lunch the final leg is a great drive down the MX-5 friendly road to Bathurst to meet the BreakFast Club for a few drinks and dinner followed by a good night’s sleep.

Sunday 27 October 2013

BreakFast Club & Sydney Chapter’s Final Day   Sunday is the final day for both the BreakFast Club & Sydney Chapter runs that starts off with brekkie at the award winning Hub Cafe and a visit to Mt Panorama if open to cars due to an extreme sports event.  From Bathurst both groups head for Oberon at their chosen pace over the same roads as a waypoint and/or convoy run respectively.  The route passes through Rockley to Mt David, Black Springs then a run up the fabulous stretch of road from Shooters Hill past the pine plantations to Oberon.  RPM is having a picnic run to Mayfield Gardens in Oberon and members have the option of buying some food & drink in Oberon for a picnic with the RPM members for lunch and a run home or heading back across the mountains.  The BreakFast Club will head directly south from Oberon on the MX-5 friendly Tablelands Way to negotiate the Abercrombie Gorge on the way to Taralga and Goulburn for lunch on the route back home.
