Round 7 of the 2021 Club Championship is now closed
There are changes to the information around COVID-19, so please read the highlighted part below before arriving at this event .
This is the really important.
NSW has already hit 80% double-vaccination, so that's one hurdle out of the way, and the NSW Government has opened up to regional travel .
In order to run this event safely, we will have strict COVID-19 protocols in place (Refer to our linked documents).
Basically, we will be following the NSW health orders, so keep an eye on those.
The most important thing is that you will have to be double vaccinated if you are over 16 years old, or have a valid medical exemption. and you will need to prove this. If you do have an under 16 year old with you, there are additional rules you need to be aware of regarding supervision.
The COVID-19 rules are a moving target, so watch the NSW health orders for updates - we are following these rules - no more, no less. Note that if you planning to attend the event, be aware that there may be under 16 year olds at the event that are not vaccinated. There may also be adults with exemptions who are un-vaccinated or have only had one vaccination. The rules around masks have been relaxed somewhat, but are still required indoors. We will expect social distancing to be observed.
We are serious about all of this to prevent a COVID-19 exposure at Wakefield Park. The situation with the Delta strain of COVID-19 is much more serious than what we had to deal with in 2020 with the Alpha strain, so we expect you to take this seriously.
All paperwork for this event must be returned to the event secretary before you will appear on the grid sheet. There will be absolutely no paperwork collected on the day, and no face to face contact of any kind.
There will be no face to face scrutineering for anyone and no driver briefing, except for new entrants, so read the information document carefully.
