We’re off to Cowra for a bit of Kulcha.

Cowra is a charming town surrounded by vineyards, waterways and pretty countryside in the beautiful Lachlan Valley. It is home to fascinating historical buildings and military history, as well as tranquil gardens and fine wines.

Cowra is also home to diverse and creative art exhibits, and Rod plans to find a few. We might get to the Cowra Regional Art Gallery and explore the range of regional, state and national touring works, or take some snaps of Australia’s World Peace Bell, maybe marvel at the indigenous murals on the Cowra Bridge Pylons.

Or we might take in some of Cowra’s history and walk through the Japanese Garden and Cultural Centre.

More details will be posted when Rod sorts out his plans.

In the meantime, RSVP to Rod Nicholas at rod_nicholas@yahoo.com.
