Defensive Driver Training Day
By popular demand, we will be holding a defensive driver training day this year. The aim of the day is to learn hands-on defensive driving skills for both new and experienced drivers. The focus will be on safety features of MX-5s and everyday driving skills on public roads.
The day is being held at the Sydney Motorsport Park skidpan. This is a large flat concrete area which provides plenty of space for any mistakes, and the surface will be watered through the day to provide a low grip surface and so minimise wear and tear on cars and tyres. This facility provides a safe and low speed environment so that you can learn some basic car control techniques with minimal risk to yourself and your car.
