Evening at Hardys Bay and LGBTQI Parade
We will be doing a run to the Hardys Bay/Killcare area and helping support the local LGBTQI community in a small parade through the suburbs running in conjunction with the Sydney Mardi Gras. Afterwards dinner at the Hardys Bay Club or Empire Bay Tavern before proceeding home.
Join in the parade or just come along on the run and the dinner afterwards,
The parade will run for approx 40mins, as we will be carrying locals as passengers in the parade, our partners for the trip down will be dropped off at the foreshore park near the local bistro while the parade is happening. Suggest to bring some nibbles and drinks as there is only the local Bistro open at that time of day.
This is the 2nd year of their parade and they have provided us with a well constructed organisation plan and route.
You don't need to dress up but you are welcome to come in rainbow colours if you wish.
IF IT IS RAINING
If it is raining and we have forward notice of this the parade will be cancelled but we will still do the run to dinner. The start time will be delayed and all those registered will be notified of the new time.
