Fairground Follies 2022
Our trip down memory lane will begin in Hungry Jack’s Carpark at Haywards Bay. We’re going to head straight up Macquarie Pass and along the Tourist Road to 93 Kirkham Road Bowral.
Here we will tour the unique Fairground Follies and be transferred back to the days of our childhood with the music and lights of the fair.
On arrival at 10.00 a.m. we will be met by our host, Craig Robson, and served morning tea, consisting of tea, coffee, lamingtons and cup cakes.
Then we take a two hour tour of the Fairground Follies Museum where Craig will take you back to the fair grounds of your childhood and answer any questions.
Cost for the tour is $38 p.p. You will need to pay this amount in cash, to the run leaders, on arrival at the museum.
Lunch after will be a short drive to the popular Mittagong RSL Club on the Corner Hume Highway and Bessemer Street, Mittagong. Meals here are reasonably priced and good quality.
