Hunter Run Committee Planning Meeting (2024)
Hi all, it’s time to plan out our next years Calendar so gather your ideas and thoughts and bring them along so we can plan out 2024.
This is open to all members and if you're one of our newer members or have an idea for a run or social outing please bring it along. I would also encourage all members to think about having a try as a run leader, it’s fun and stops us from burning out people from being called on too often and creates new adventures for our Chapter.
So, the plan meet at 1:00pm get started by1:30 hammer and tongs into ideas and runs onto paper then hopefully a spread sheet/Calander 3:00pm knock off for afternoon tea and perhaps a beverage or two.
I will put up a booking form so I know how many will be coming
Ps, if you are able to bring something to share for afternoon tea that would be fantastic, please coordinate with Denise.
